Water bamboo, also called: water bamboo shoot, water bamboo shoot, foot white bamboo shoot, wild rice, wild cabbage, bamboo grass, Jianghuai area is called water (high) melon, and in the south it is called high bamboo shoot. Whenever Zizania is on the market, I can’t help but buy some for cooking. I really like its crisp, tender and sweet taste. Stir-fried Rice White with Ham

1. Ingredients: water chestnut, ham, green onion, garlic clove

2. Wash and slice the water bamboo, then cut into strips

3. Cut ham into strips, wash and cut green onion into sections, peel and smash garlic cloves

4. Put a little oil in a hot pan, put down garlic and green onion stalks until fragrant

5. Pour down the ham strips and stir fry for a while

6. Pour the wild rice whites and stir-fry until tender

7. Add a little water and stir fry for about 1 minute to let it heat up evenly and quickly

8. Mix chicken powder, a pinch of salt

9. Oyster sauce

10. Sprinkle the scallions and stir-fry evenly

Tips:

The small stir-fry has been kept on high fire and stir-fried evenly and quickly.
