Stir-fried Rice White with Tofu in Garlic Stalk Oil

Ingredients: water bamboo, garlic sprouts (cleaned and cut into sections), oily tofu

Peel the zizania officinalis and clean it.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the oily tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.
