Stir-fried Sansi

All materials are cut into filaments;

Add salt, cornstarch and cooking wine to the shredded chicken, mix well and marinate;

Heat up a pan with a proper amount of oil, add the marinated chicken shreds and stir fry;

Stir the chicken shreds to change the color, add bean sprouts and other raw material shreds to stir fry together;

Tips:
