Stir-fried Sausage with Garlic

Heat the oil, add ginger and garlic, and fry.

Add the sausage and stir fry. The sausage is already salty, so you don't need to add salt in this step.

Pour in the garlic moss and continue to stir fry.

When it's almost cooked, sprinkle some salt, add some light soy sauce, and stir-fry for a few times.
Tips:
The sausage itself has a salty taste, so you don't need to put too much salt, please pay attention when you make it. I use Sichuan pepper and sesame sausage, which is not spicy and delicious.
