Stir-fried Sausage with Green Garlic

Prepare the ingredients, pick the green garlic and wash.

Cut the green garlic into sections and slice the sausage.
3.
Put the sausages in a small fire and reduce the oil, stir-fry the sausages out of the oil and serve.

With the remaining oil in the pot, add the green garlic segments (the white part).
5.
Stir-fry a few times, add green garlic leaves and add a little salt.
6.
Stir fry for a few more times, pour in the sausage, add a little light soy sauce, and stir fry the chicken essence for a few more times.
