Stir-fried Scallion Egg Shreds with Carrots

Two carrots.

Shred carrots and garlic leaves into sections.
3.
Add the eggs with chives and fry them into egg skins.
4.
Shred the egg skins.
5.
Pour the sliced radish into the cooking oil.

When the shredded radish is half cooked, add salt and garlic leaves.

Stir-fry evenly, add the light soy sauce and stir-fry, then add the chives and egg shreds and stir-fry.
8.
When the shredded radish is cooked, add MSG and stir well. Serve.
9.
Serve with carrot and chive egg shreds.
