Stir-fried Shredded Eryngii Mushrooms

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and tear them into strips.

Shred ginger, garlic, and garnish.

Pour vegetable oil into the wok, add hot sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Tips:
The hot sauce is already very salty. The amount of salt should be added according to the amount of eryngii mushrooms.
