Stir-fried Shredded Kelp with Pork

Wash kelp and set aside.

Shred the green onions and shred the pork.
3.
Heat up the pan and add the chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add pork shreds and stir fry.
5.
Add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce.
6.
Put in the kelp.
7.
Stir-fry evenly, add a spoonful of water to low heat for two minutes.
8.
Add salt to taste.
9.
Out of the pan.
