Stir-fried Shredded Pork

1. Prepare pork, Xiaolongtou and Hangjiao.

2. Cut the pork into shreds.

3. Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili.

4. Put the fat into the pan and fry the oil first.

5. Add green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to fry until fragrant.

6. Add the pork and fry until the color changes.

7. Stir-fry with sweet noodle sauce, cook and set aside

8. Cut the bun head into thick wire, and cut the hang pepper into hob pieces.

9. Boil the head in boiling water, remove and drain for later use.

10. In a separate pot, add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the peppers.

11. Then add 竽tou and stir fry.

12. Finally, stir-fry the pork, add MSG, salt, and pepper to stir-fry well.

Tips:

The sweet noodle sauce is salty, so be careful when adding salt.
