Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: bamboo shoots, carrots, lean pork

Separately shred the bamboo shoots, carrots and lean meat

Marinate the shredded pork with cooking wine, salt and egg white for ten minutes

Heat oil in a pan and pour shredded pork

Stir-fry and serve after discoloration

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pan, sauté the ginger, add the carrots and fry slightly

Add bamboo shoots and stir fry

Add soy sauce

Add a small amount of water and boil for two minutes

Tips:
The bamboo shoots should be blanched first to remove the astringency.
