Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Bamboo Shoots

Prepare bamboo shoots, add cooking wine, salt and cornstarch to the shredded pork and marinate for half an hour

Prepare garlic slices and chopped green onions

Tips:
1. The bamboo shoots should be blanched before cooking to remove the astringency and oxalic acid
2. Add oyster sauce to improve the sweetness and make the taste better
