Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Enoki Mushroom and Black Fungus

Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms blackened in water, fungus tenderloin, vegetable oil, salt, oyster sauce, starch, beer, salt, pepper, ginger, enoki mushrooms, washed with light salt water bubbles
