Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Garlic Moss

Prepare the required ingredients

Cut the tenderloin into shreds and shred the ginger

Tips:
1. If it is fresh meat, it is best to freeze it in the refrigerator, it is easy to shred;
2. It is best not to add water when frying the garlic moss, as long as it keeps stirring, it will be cooked when the garlic moss softens a little.
