Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Green Pepper

Green peppers (grown in pots on the balcony).

Shred the plum meat.

Add the shredded pork with cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put oil in the pot (a little more oil).

Add shredded pork and stir fry quickly.

Take out the fried shredded pork and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot and pour shredded green pepper.

Stir-fry until broken and pour in shredded pork.

Pour in a little light soy sauce.
10.
Take out the pan and serve.
