Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Onion

Prepare raw materials;

Add appropriate amount of salt, starch, cooking wine, soy sauce and other seasonings to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shredded pork into the pan and stir fry;

Stir-fry the shredded pork and add shredded onion to stir fry;

Stir fry and add some salt to taste;

Stir-fry evenly and transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions on the surface.

Tips:
1. Add salt and other seasonings to the shredded pork to marinate until the bottom taste; 2. After the onion is sautéed, add salt to taste.
