Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Pickled Vegetables and Bamboo Shoots

Peel off the shell of the bamboo shoots, cut into small cubes, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and drain the water; mince the green onion, ginger, garlic, and dry chili into small pieces.

Cut the lean pork into shreds, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes; cut the pickled cabbage into about one centimeter.

Heat the pot and pour the oil, add minced ginger, garlic and dried chili to fry until fragrant.

Pour shredded pork and stir fry.

Continue to stir fry until the color changes.

Add salt, sugar, and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Then pour in bamboo shoots and pickled vegetables.

Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add chicken essence and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
