Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Pickles and Beans

Wash the beans and select a portion for later use.

Wash the meat and cut into shreds, and cut the pickles into small pieces for later use.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the shredded pork and stir fry, stir-fry until the meat changes color, add cooking wine and stir fry.

Then put the pickles in and stir fry for a while.

Pour in the washed beans and stir-fry for a while, add light soy sauce.
6.
Add a little water, cover and simmer (you can cover and simmer for fear of unripe beans), then add salt.
7.
Just put the chicken essence out of the pot.
