Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Rice White

Prepare the ingredients

Clean the water bamboo and cut into shreds.

Wash lean meat, cut into a bowl, add oil, cornstarch, light soy sauce and a little water to mix evenly to taste

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, add in the washed and chopped ginger and stir fry slowly over low heat

Smell the ginger and stir-fry the aroma, add the washed and chopped millet and stir fry together

After the millet has a little spicy flavour, add the finely-tuned shredded pork and stir fry quickly over high heat

Stir fry until the surface of the meat slightly changes color, add the rice whites and stir fry quickly

Stir fry a few times, add a little salt and continue to fry for about 30 seconds.
Tips:
1. After cutting the lean meat, add oil, cornstarch, light soy sauce and other seasonings to marinate for 3~5 minutes and then stir-fry in the pan
2. The steamed rice is easy to stir-fry the meat first, and then put the steamed rice whites in the oil pan. It will not affect the texture of the shredded pork. If it is more difficult to stir-fry vegetables, it is recommended to blanch the vegetables in advance or stir-fry the meat first. In the pan, when the side dishes are fried to 7~8 mature, then add the meat that has been fried in advance, mix and stir well
