Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Sauerkraut

Shred the meat with cornstarch, and stir-fry.

Put cold oil in a pan and heat, pour the green onion, ginger, garlic, and stir-fry the sauerkraut.

Pour in the meat slices, add salt and light soy sauce, stir fry for a while, and it will come out of the pot.
