Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes with Celery

Peel the potatoes and shred them, soak them in cold water for 5 minutes and wash twice. Cut celery into sections, cut lean meat into strips, mince garlic, and cut red pepper into circles;

After heating the oil in a cold pot, put it in a garlic pot, pour in the meat, stir fry until the meat changes color, set it aside;

Add a proper amount of cooking oil, pour shredded potatoes and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Since celery is easier to cook than shredded potatoes, fry the shredded potatoes first;

Pour in the celery and stir fry for about 2 minutes, add red pepper in the middle;

Put the meat in, add some salt, and continue to fry for about 1 minute;

Pour in a small amount of cold water, after the water is boiled, pour light soy sauce on it and put it out of the pot;
Tips:
According to personal preference, add a small amount of vinegar or sesame oil
