Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes with Chayote

Prepare potatoes and chayote

Cut into silk and clean

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic and pickled peppers and stir fry until fragrant

Tips:
1. Cut the chayote and potato into the same size shreds, which I scraped with a wire scraper;

3. Choosing the tender chayote is more delicious, and the old skin is very thick.
