I haven't bought chayote for a long time. I remember that when I was a child, I planted a tree that had a lot of knots. I had enough of this melon that year, and I didn't want to eat it anymore. Unexpectedly, after meeting my husband, he liked to eat this melon very much, so I started to eat it again. I can't say that I really liked it. Today I added potatoes and chayote all the hot and sour flavours. It was crunchy and very appetizing.

Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes with Chayote

1. Prepare potatoes and chayote

2. Cut into silk and clean

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic and pickled peppers and stir fry until fragrant

4. Add potato chayote shreds

5. Stir fry

6. Add some soy sauce

7. Add some salt

8. Add some green onions and chicken essence to taste, stir fry evenly

9. Loading

Tips:

1. Cut the chayote and potato into the same size shreds, which I scraped with a wire scraper;
2. Add pickled pepper and vinegar, the taste is more appetizing;
3. Choosing the tender chayote is more delicious, and the old skin is very thick.
