Stir-fried Shredded Radish

Slice ginger and garlic, cut dried chili into small sections, and chopped green onions.

Peel and shred right amount of radish.
3.
Boil the shredded radish in boiling water until broken, drain the water and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger, garlic, pepper, and dried chili to fry the aroma when the oil is hot.
5.
Add the shredded radish, stir fry over high heat, add soy sauce, pour vinegar along the side of the pot, add refined salt, and stir fry evenly.
6.
Turn off the heat and mix in MSG, sprinkle in chopped green onion and stir well.
Tips:
It's very simple. I especially like the scent of peppercorns and the taste of shredded radish. Try it.
