Stir-fried Shredded Squid with Agaricus

Cut the fresh squid into thin strips, blanch them in boiling water until they are just cooked, let the water dry and set aside

In a hot pan, add canola seeds and olive oil to saute ginger and garlic

Stir fry the lower Agaricus blazei evenly
