Stir-fried Shrimp with Broccoli and Cashew Nuts

Wash the broccoli and tear off the small flowers; wash the green peppers and cut into diamond-shaped slices; half the carrots, peel and wash, and cut into diamond-shaped slices; wash the tomatoes, take a quarter, and cut into thin slices. Defrost the shrimp, pick the shrimp thread, wash, put in a small bowl, add cornstarch, cooking wine, a little salt, a few drops of oil, marinate well for more than 20 minutes.

Fill the pot with oil, add cashew nuts, fry them over medium-to-low heat, remove them for use.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, saute the onion, ginger, garlic, add sliced tomatoes, and stir-fry until red sauce is obtained.

Add the marinated shrimps, add in oyster sauce, stir-fry on high heat, add a little hot water, until the shrimps turn color and curl, add the ingredients and juice for later use.

In another frying pan, add broccoli, carrot slices, and green pepper slices in turn and stir fry.

Pour in the fried shrimp, add salt and MSG, and then serve.
