Stir-fried Shrimp with Curry Garlic Moss

Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections, don’t blanch it (personally think it’s better to retain nutrients and sterilize)

Then fry the soaked washed lily and peeled shrimp together

Stir fry with soy sauce

Add sugar at a speed, and do not add it quickly before the shrimp is cooked

Add the curry powder to the final speed.
Tips:
