It’s been a long time since I posted the recipes. They were all curry dishes made some time ago. Recently, I have been immersed in the fun during the festival, and I did not shoot the food, so I posted the old content first.

Stir-fried Shrimp with Curry Garlic Moss

1. Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections, don’t blanch it (personally think it’s better to retain nutrients and sterilize)

2. Dried lily foam

3. Add oil first and then fry the garlic moss

4. Then fry the soaked washed lily and peeled shrimp together

5. Stir fry with soy sauce

6. Add sugar at a speed, and do not add it quickly before the shrimp is cooked

7. Add a little bit of water to kill the garlic moss. Just remove the spiciness. Just let it be stewed.

8. Add the curry powder to the final speed.

Tips:

Vitamins are preserved, so blanching is not recommended. I don’t like to make shrimp thread anyway. Dear friends, please feel free to do it. Dalian Haizhi prefers the fishy smell.
