Today I will share a home-cooked dish made with olive oil that is not only delicious, but also has a superb appearance—"Olive Oil Fried Shrimp". This food video has also been broadcast on Dragon TV recently. Have you ever seen it if you like to watch Dragon TV.

I started writing about food in the blogging era, and it has been 12 years now. With so many years of experience in food writing, some food brands will contact me to make related food content. You see this video is the "Olivilan Olive Oil" brand that contacted me to make it.

It's been 3 years since I switched from picture food to video food. In the past, I wrote and filmed by one person. Now I have formed a small team. Although there are only a few people in the team, I hope to do everything within the scope of my ability.

Stir-fried Shrimp with Olive Oil [teacher Kong to Cook]

1. Mince ginger and garlic, and chop chives into small pieces.

2. After washing the shrimp, lightly make a knife on the back of the shrimp.

3. Slowly pull out the shrimp thread.

4. Pour Olivieran extra virgin olive oil into the pot.

5. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in the prepared prawns.

6. Fry until golden on the surface.

7.
Remove the oil control. (Oli Weilan extra virgin olive oil can be used not only for cold dressing, but also for short-term high-temperature cooking such as quick frying.)

8. Re-start the pan, pour in a little olive oil, add minced ginger garlic, green onion, and tomato sauce.

9.
Stir fry evenly.

10.
Add an appropriate amount of water.

11.
Pour in the fried prawns, add light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly.

12.
Harvest the sauce over high heat and sauté the shrimp in olive oil.

13. Arrange the fried prawns with oil on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion and cooked white sesame seeds. Fresh and tender shrimp meat, crispy shrimp shell, wrapped in rich sauce, one bite at a time, super awesome.
