Stir-fried Si Ding

Prepare the ingredients. Wash carrots, peel and wash potatoes

Peel the lotus root and cut into long strips first

Dice again

Clean it, soak it in water first, remove the water control when you want to fry

Dice potatoes, rinse and control water for later use

Dice meat, chopped green onion, mince ginger

Put the diced meat in a large bowl, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, mix well, marinate for 5 minutes (the meat is fresh and tender)

Add vegetable oil to the pot, and stir the potatoes

Potatoes are slightly yellow and soft, add lotus root and carrot diced, stir fry until the lotus root is broken, and serve.

Stir-fry the diced pork with the remaining oil in the pot
