3. Dice again

4. Clean it, soak it in water first, remove the water control when you want to fry

5. Dice potatoes, rinse and control water for later use

6. Carrots diced

7. Dice meat, chopped green onion, mince ginger

8. Put the diced meat in a large bowl, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, mix well, marinate for 5 minutes (the meat is fresh and tender)

10. Potatoes are slightly yellow and soft, add lotus root and carrot diced, stir fry until the lotus root is broken, and serve.

11. Stir-fry the diced pork with the remaining oil in the pot

13. Add flavoring salt, turn on high heat, then add two tablespoons of water along the side of the pot and stir fry

14. When the diced potatoes are very sticky, they can be turned off and out of the pot.

Tips:

Tips for Mom:
1 All kinds of dices are the size of nails, don’t cut too big and taste bad, and they are slow to cook.
2 I use fruit carrots for the ingredients. In fact, any kind is fine.
3 The potatoes must be soft at the end before they can be cooked, so that the finished product is salty, soft, crisp, and fragrant, which is very appetizing.
