Stir-fried Silver Bud with Fresh Mushrooms

Wash the ingredients.

Cut the mung bean sprouts into two sections, cut the green and red pepper into thin strips, cut the fresh mushrooms into thin strips, and chop the garlic into fine pieces.

Tips:
1. Mung bean sprouts are relatively tender and should not be fried for a long time;
2. For fast-handed dishes, prepare the bowl of juice before making;
3. It is not easy to shred fresh mushrooms, so it is better to use water-dried mushrooms.
