Crisp and delicious, green vegetables are an indispensable dish for every meal, but my only favorite is the nutrient content of small rapeseed rape and its therapeutic value can be called the best of all kinds of vegetables. It is rich in vitamin C.

Stir-fried Small Rapeseed

1. Prepare 3 medium-sized rapeseeds, remove the stems and clean them for later use

2. Prepare 4 cloves of garlic, pat flat and chopped
