Stir-fried Snow Peas with Carrots

After removing the tendons at both ends of the snow peas, rinse them in water and cut them into two or three sections for later use.

Peel and wash the carrots, cut them in half, and then cut them into thin slices.

Peel the garlic and cut into garlic slices.
4.
Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the garlic slices and stir up the aroma.
5.
Add carrots and snow peas and stir fry until they become raw.
6.
Add appropriate amount of salt and a little monosodium glutamate, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
A very simple side dish, no operation skills.
