Stir-fried Snow Peas with Pork Belly

The snow peas should be fresh green and full-grained. Remove the tendons at both ends and cut the red pepper into pieces.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add a little salt and salad oil to the pot with water and wait for the water to boil, add snow peas and cook until it is green, cooked and ready for use

Put a little oil in the pot and wait until the oil is hot, then put in the pork belly and stir fry. After the pork belly is out of oil, pour out the oil from the pork belly, then put in onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a few seasons, pour in snow peas and serve.
Tips:
Snow peas are easy to be poisoned if they are not cooked and eaten. Be careful. The color of snow peas is emerald green, crisp and tasty.
