Stir-fried Soy Sprouts with Diced Pork
1.
Soak the soybeans to grow sprouts, pick up the soybean hulls that have not fallen off, and rinse them repeatedly with water to control the moisture for use.
2.
Rinse the fat and lean pork belly with warm water, first cut into slices, then cut into long strips, and finally cut into diced pork for later use
3.
Peel off the skins of the onion and garlic, wash them, and cut them into chopped green onions and garlic slices. Rinse out anise
4.
Add the right amount of peanut oil to the hot pan, add the diced meat and fry it to get the flavor and oil
5.
Stir-fry the diced meat, add chopped green onion, garlic slices, and star anise until fragrant, cook in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir fry
6.
Pour in the soybean sprouts and stir-fry evenly over medium heat. Because the soybean sprouts are not easy to fry, so stir-fry for a while longer on medium heat
7.
Stir-fry until the soybean sprouts are broken, add some salt to taste, and stir-fry evenly
8.
If there is soup in the pot, you can change the heat to the dry soup and turn off the heat
9.
Installed, finished!
