Stir-fried Spinach with Tripe

Ingredients: cooked tripe, spinach (washed)

Put the cooked tripe on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the washed spinach on the cutting board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut cooked tripe and spinach and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
