Stir-fried Squid Mustard

The squid must be cleaned.

I cut the long section, and I cut it open for the thick section.

Wash and shred the onion.

Wash and shred green and red peppers, cut dried chili into sections, shred ginger, and cut garlic into large pieces.

Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the squid to blanch until rolled up, about 20 seconds, drain the water.
