Stir-fried Squid Mustard

1. The squid must be cleaned.

2. I cut the long section, and I cut it open for the thick section.

3. Wash and shred the onion.

4. Wash and shred green and red peppers, cut dried chili into sections, shred ginger, and cut garlic into large pieces.

5. Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the squid to blanch until rolled up, about 20 seconds, drain the water.

6. Put oil in the pot to heat up, add shredded onion and shredded green and red pepper to burst the fragrance.

7. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic, shredded ginger, and dried chili to fragrant.

8. Add the squid and stir fry a few times.

9. Add sauteed onion, green and red pepper and stir fry.

10. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir fry.

11. Add pepper.

12. Season with salt.

13. Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.

14. Finished product.
