Stir-fried Squid with Colored Pepper
1.
Add a spoonful of cooking wine to the water, pour the squid silk into the boil, roll it in the boiling water and remove it (the large squid silk can be changed with a knife and cut into sections).
2.
Cut the colored peppers and ginger garlic and set aside (the yellow pepper I used is a bit larger, all of which are a bit more than the other two).
3.
After the oil has heated up, add the ginger, garlic, and colored pepper one by one, remembering to maintain the maximum heat.
4.
Stir-fry quickly and evenly, pour in the squid whiskers, and continue to stir-fry for a few more times.
5.
After adding a little salt, quickly add the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pot.
6.
Continue to stir fry evenly.
7.
Add a little sugar and it can be out of the pan.
8.
Load up! Both adults and children like it π.
