Every Tuesday I go to the supermarket, the squid must be on sale, and I bought two boxes, thinking I will have seafood for dinner.

Stir-fried Squid with Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the squid, wash the celery and cut into sections, cut the green and red peppers into diamonds, and chop the ginger and garlic into mince

2. Put the cooking wine and salt in the wok after boiling the water, then add the squid to be blanched. The blanched water should be picked up quickly, don't boil it and don't put it in boiling water for too long

3. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the minced ginger and garlic

4. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce

5. Stir-fry the soy sauce and hoisin sauce to make it fragrant

6. Add celery and green red pepper and stir fry

7. When the celery is cooked, add the squid silk

8. Finally, add salt and cooking wine to season and stir well, and immediately serve.

Tips:

This is a quick dish. The squid needs to be blanched. Don't fry for too long. Excessive cooking will affect the taste.
