Stir-fried Squid with Sauce

The squid must be thawed and washed with water.

Cut green and red peppers and onions into small pieces.

The squid must be blanched in the pot, add a little cooking wine, and remove the color slightly.

Heat oil, add ginger slices and garlic cloves.

Stir fry and pour the onion slices into it, stir-fry until it becomes raw.

Pour the green and red pepper cubes and continue to stir fry.
7.
Pour the squid whiskers and stir fry over high heat.

Add a spoonful of hoisin sauce, a little salt, and a spoonful of light soy sauce. You don't need to add chicken essence and stir fry over high heat to taste.
