Stir-fried String Beans

1. Choose fresh green beans and wash them well.

2. Break it by hand into evenly sized segments.

3. Cut the shallots and dried chili into sections. Shred ginger and slice garlic.

4. Put enough oil in the wok to heat up.

5. Add string beans and start to stir.

6. Stir until the kidney beans are soft and yellowish in color, pour out the excess oil, leaving only a small amount of base oil and the kidney beans in the pot.
