Stir-fried String Beans

Soak the green beans in brine for about 20 minutes to remove the pesticide residues.

Take off the stalks at both ends and cut them diagonally with a knife.

Chop the pork into mince, mince the garlic, and cut the dried chili into sections.

Stir-fry the kidney beans in a wok with a proper amount of oil. It is best to stir-fry and serve.

In the wok, add some oil, pour in the minced pork and stir-fry until the color changes and dry, cook the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and add some oyster sauce. Stir fry to color the minced meat. Add minced garlic and chili to create a fragrance

Pour in the stir-fried kidney beans and stir-fry evenly. The kidney beans must be thoroughly cooked, otherwise they will be toxic. Adjust the amount of salt according to taste.
