Stir-fried String Beans with Diced Pork

1. Wash the green beans, cut them into 0.5cm-long pieces, add minced garlic and set aside.

2. Diced pork is marinated with salt and soy sauce.

3. Get oil in a cold pan.

4. Add the marinated pork to 80% of the oil and stir fry.

5. Stir-fry pork until its color changes, add string beans and stir fry.
