Stir-fried String Beans with Plum and Pepper

A small handful of chopped plums, two or three dried chilies, 1ml Chinese pepper powder

Boiled string beans in boiling water (about 10 minutes)

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add garlic, dried chili, minced plum, pepper powder, and saute

Add the cooked beans and stir-fry the beans over high heat. Appropriate amount of water can be added during the drying process. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
Tips:
Do not cover the beans during the cooking process. When the lid is closed, the bright green of the beans is completely wiped out and turned into withered yellow
