Stir-fried String Beans with Shredded Pork

The foreleg meat is ready for use.

Remove the green beans, shred and clean them for later use.

Heat the oil pan to six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry the pork slices over high heat.

Pour in green beans, stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat, add a little light soy sauce, a little salt, add boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes.

The sauce can be served after high heat. Platter.
