Stir-fried Three Silks

Shred carrots.

Shred potatoes and set aside.

Shred the lean meat, add sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, pepper, cooking wine, sweet potato powder, and grab it with your hands! If the conditions are right, add a little egg white.

Ginger slices, garlic slices, garlic sprouts cut into sections, peppers cut into sections, watercress minced, star anise crushed, and amount of peppercorns.

Raise the pot and heat oil, sauté the seasonings over high heat, pour in the marinated shredded pork and stir-fry, then pour in the carrot shreds and the potato shreds.

Tips:
You can add sesame oil if you like it, or not if you don't like it, season it according to your taste!
