Stir-fried Tofu

Wash the tofu and cut into slices.

Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 70% to 80% hot. Put the tofu slices into the deep-fry. It starts to make a loud noise. When the noise becomes small or silent, the tofu turns yellow and can be poured into the colander.

Control the remaining oil and load it into the pan.

Cut the fried tofu into strips.

Cut green onion into small pieces and shred green pepper.

Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onion, peppercorns, fry until fragrant, pour in the cut fried tofu, then pour in a little salt and soy sauce and stir fry.

Finally, pour shredded green pepper, stir fry for a while, add MSG and it will be out of the pot.
