Stir-fried Tofu

Soak the fungus and wash the hair, and rinse off the garlic sprouts

Tear the fungus into small pieces by hand, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, cut the dried bean curd into thin slices, and cut the ginger and garlic
3.
Stir ginger and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil, add garlic sprouts and fungus and stir fry for a minute
4.
Add soy sauce and a small bowl of water, simmer and stir fry
5.
Stir-fry until the soup is halfway through, add salt and dried tofu
6.
Add the chicken essence to the soup
