Stir-fried Tofu Skin with Spicy Sauce

Prepare ingredients

Cut the tofu skin into small strips, and cut the leek into small pieces

Boil water in a pot, add the cut tofu skins to blanch water, boil for 3 minutes after the water is boiled, remove

Heat the wok and put the oil, add the ginger and the spicy sauce to fry the fragrance

Put the shredded tofu and stir fry for a while, add light soy sauce and cumin powder and stir-fry

Tips:
1. Both hot sauce and light soy sauce have salt, so I didn't add salt to this dish.
2. Due to different varieties of hot sauce, the degree of saltiness and lightness is different, if you feel the taste is light, you can add a small amount of salt
