Stir-fried Tofu with Homemade Shredded Chicken

Material: chicken breast.

Material: tofu.

Pleurotus eryngii and sliced ham.

Shred chicken breasts and marinate for 20 minutes with starch, cooking wine, and soy sauce.

Preheat the baking pan with oil, and fry the tofu.

Install it until 2 sides are golden and set aside for later use.

Fry the minced garlic with the remaining oil in the pot, then add the ham and eryngii mushrooms and stir fry for a few times.
8.
Add tofu, boil in a small bowl of water, turn to medium-low heat and cook until the juice is collected.
9.
Add chicken shreds and stir well.
10.
Sprinkle onion, salt, pepper, and chicken essence to taste.
