Stir-fried Vegetables with Mushrooms

Wash the vegetables and mushrooms.

Cut shiitake mushrooms into thin slices and set aside.
3.
Cut the stems and leaves of the greens into two.
4.
Stir the garlic in a hot pan with cold oil.
5.
Stir the green vegetable stems in a pot over high heat.
6.
Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for a while, mix in appropriate amount of salt and a little sugar.
7.
Add green cabbage leaves, stir fry twice, and mix in a small amount of MSG.
