Stir-fried Vegetables with Salted Duck Egg and Yuba

Ingredients: green vegetables (washed and cut), yuba (soaked, cleaned and cut into sections), cooked salted duck eggs (the yolk and egg whites have been dug out).

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut vegetables and yuba and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Then, combine the scooped out egg yolk and egg whites and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
