Stir-fried Vegetables with Tofu and Mushroom Oil

1. Ingredients: green vegetables (washed and cut), oiled tofu, Xiuzhen mushroom (washed)

2. Put the oily tofu on the chopping board and cut it.

3. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the washed vegetables and oiled tofu, stir fry.

4. Then, combine the washed Xiuzhen mushrooms and add appropriate amount of water.

5. Stir fry until cooked.

6. Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

7. Add the right amount of salt.

8. Saute and stir well, serve.
